How long should my flowers last after purchase? Our flowers can last anywhere up to 2 weeks, depending on the stems...the softer the flower the quicker they will wilt. We only use the highest grade and freshest blooms to ensure quality everytime, as well as conditioning our flowers as soon as they arrive in store. We also provide care advice to our customers along with care cards to ensure you know exactly how to care for your flowers and keep them looking fresh for longer.
-
How often should I change the water in my bouquet? We always suggest changing the water at least every 2/3 days to ensure your blooms have a clean fresh water source to drink from; when changing the water empty in the sachet of flower food provided and make sure it has fully dissolved before placing your flowers in the vase. To help keep your water clean we also advise you strip any leaves that may be touching the water, this will prevent the water turning green and the stems becoming slimy!

How do I care for my flowers? When you recieve your flowers they can remain in the packaging for 1-2 days, after this we recommend removing the outer packaging and trimming the stems at an angle one or two inches from the bottom. If your flowers are not in water remove them from their packaging as soon as possible and trim them to fit your vase, empty the sachet of flower food into the water and place your flowers inside. We advise you to change the water regularly and when doing so trim the stems once again to ensure they are able to drink. Remove any low hanging leaves from each stem, this will keep the water clean as well as allowing the water to travel straight to the flowers and keep them looking fresh. Avoid placing your arrangement in direct sunlight, your blooms will last longer in a cool, draught free area. Keep your blooms away from any fresh fruit, the natural gasses they release will shorten the life of your flowers.
